Alcohol Swabs — 100 Pack
Individually wrapped alcohol prep pads saturated with 70% isopropyl alcohol. The single most important step in any injection protocol that most people rush through or skip entirely. One swab per site, one swab per vial top — that’s the rule.
Why 70% Isopropyl
Pure alcohol (90%+) actually evaporates too fast to kill bacteria effectively. 70% isopropyl is the clinical standard — it stays wet long enough to penetrate bacterial cell walls and disinfect the surface. This is the same concentration used in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies worldwide.
How to Use
Every injection should involve at least two swabs:
- Swab #1 — the vial stopper. Wipe the rubber top of your vial before puncturing it with your drawing needle. This removes any dust or contaminants that settled on the surface.
- Swab #2 — the injection site. Wipe the skin where you’re about to inject in a circular motion, working outward from the center. Let it air dry for 10–15 seconds before inserting the needle.
If you’re using multiple vials in one session (say, test and an AI from separate vials), swab each stopper individually.

How Long a Box Lasts
Using two swabs per injection (vial + site), one box covers 50 injection sessions. For twice-weekly protocols, that’s about 6 months of supply. At this price, there’s no excuse to skip this step.
Storage
- Store at room temperature in the sealed box
- Keep the box closed between uses — alcohol evaporates if pads are left exposed
- Check that pads feel wet when you open them — a dry pad does nothing
