20G 1.5″ Drawing Needles — 10 Pack
Thick-bore 20-gauge needles designed for one job: drawing oil-based compounds out of vials quickly and efficiently. These are not for injection — they’re the first step in a two-needle setup that makes your injection process faster and more comfortable.
Why Use Separate Drawing Needles
Oil-based compounds are thick. Trying to draw 1–2mL through a 25G injection needle takes forever and wears out your patience. A 20G needle has a significantly wider bore, so oil flows freely — you can fill a 3mL syringe in seconds instead of minutes.
The other benefit: keeping your injection needle sharp. Every time a needle punctures a rubber vial stopper, the tip dulls slightly. By drawing with a 20G and swapping to a fresh 25G for the actual injection, you get the smoothest possible pin every time.
How to Use
- Attach the 20G drawing needle to your syringe
- Swab the vial stopper with an alcohol swab
- Draw your desired amount of oil — inject air into the vial first (equal to the amount you’re drawing) to equalize pressure
- Remove the 20G needle and dispose of it in a sharps container
- Attach your injection needle (25G or 23G), tap out air bubbles, and proceed with your injection

Pro Tips
- Pair these with 25G syringes for the cleanest two-needle workflow — fast draw, smooth injection
- Always inject air into the vial before drawing to avoid creating a vacuum
- If the oil is particularly thick (like Sustanon or high-concentration blends), warm the vial briefly before drawing
- Never reuse drawing needles — a dull needle cores the rubber stopper and drops contaminants into your vial
