22G 1.5″ 3mL Syringes with Needles — 10 Pack

Pre-packaged syringes with 22-gauge 1.5-inch needles attached, ready to go straight out of the wrapper. Each syringe holds 3mL and comes individually sealed and sterile.

What 22G Needles Are Best For

22-gauge is a mid-range thickness — thicker than a 25G but thinner than a 20G drawing needle. It’s a versatile gauge that works for both drawing and injecting oil-based compounds, making it a solid choice if you want one needle that handles the full process.

The 1.5-inch length is standard for intramuscular injections in the glutes, quads, and delts — long enough to reach deep muscle tissue in most body compositions.

Drawing and Injecting with the Same Needle

Some users prefer a two-needle setup — draw with a thicker gauge (like a 20G), then swap to a thinner one for injection. With 22G, you can skip that. Oil flows through a 22G reasonably fast, and the injection is still comfortable for most people. It’s the simplest workflow: draw, switch injection sites, inject.

That said, if you’re running thicker oils or prefer a smoother pin, you can always draw with these and inject with a 25G.

Injection Tips

  • Always swab the injection site and vial stopper with an alcohol swab before use
  • Warm the oil by rolling the loaded syringe between your palms for 30–60 seconds — thinner oil pushes through easier and causes less post-injection pain
  • Inject slowly and steadily — rushing increases soreness
  • Rotate injection sites to avoid scar tissue buildup
  • Dispose of used syringes in a sharps container — never recap and reuse
