However, even if you have a newbie question, if you’re just unsure what to choose, what to stack, how to make step one or how to deal with anything unexpected (with gear) — you can reach out as well. We’ve got you covered.

Please check the most common questions below. Chances are, your question — if it’s straight-up simple and covers just the way we work — has already been answered.

Once your package ships (usually within 1–3 business days after payment clears), we email you a tracking number automatically. Track it directly on CanadaPost.ca or Purolator’s site. If you haven’t received the email yet, check your spam/junk folder first (add [email protected] to your safe senders). Still nothing? Drop us a message with your order number — we’ll check the status instantly.

If your order status is “Processing”, yes, we did.

We run occasional sales and bundle deals visible on the site (check the “Steroids On Sale” section). We don’t do haggling via support — our prices are already competitive for lab-tested, domestic gear with fast Canada shipping.

No worries — reach out to us immediately via email ([email protected]) or the contact form with your order number and details. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually correct it quickly (address change, item swap, etc.). Once it’s handed to Canada Post or Purolator, changes are no longer possible due to our discreet, no-return policy. We’ll do our best to help before dispatch — just message us right away.

Orders take a few hours (up to 24–48 on busy days) to process, pack, and hand off to the carrier. You’ll get the tracking email as soon as Canada Post or Purolator assigns it — we don’t generate fake or placeholder numbers. In the meantime, you can always check your order status by emailing us with your order #. Patience pays off with reliable domestic delivery!
